The Fund's objective is to increase the value of its Units through the predominant allocation of resources in the acquisition of Receivables, specifically in Cédulas do Produtor Rural Financeira (CPR-Fs) backed by performed commodities (such as Soybeans, Soybean Seeds, Corn, and Cotton). Eligible Agricultural Producers who are members of the Associação Mato-Grossense dos Produtores de Algodão (AMPA) may draw and issue Receivables for purchase by the Fund. The Fund may only acquire Receivables that are backed by performed commodities and meet the Eligibility Criteria, as well as other terms and conditions specified in the Regulations.
